Bismark Nii Pardie is a finance and business strategy professional with over 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analytics, and organizational strategy. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from North Carolina State University, United States, and a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He is also a Chartered Accountant whose work has spanned financial management, business intelligence, and agricultural value chain development.

Through his experience with agribusiness organizations, including ECOM Agroindustrial, he has supported initiatives that strengthen agricultural livelihoods and engage farming communities across Ghana. He currently serves as Manager, Accounts Payable and Receivable at Tri-Tech Forensics, where he oversees financial operations, reporting, and process improvement efforts that support organizational performance and growth.

As a Co-Founder of JustED Foundation, Bismark is committed to expanding educational opportunities for children in farming communities across Ghana. He believes that every child deserves access to quality education and the support needed to develop their potential and contribute positively to their communities.
