Overview

The JustED Girls’ Empowerment Program supports girls in farming communities across Ghana by building confidence, strengthening leadership skills, promoting health and wellbeing, and helping girls stay engaged and succeed in school. Through mentorship, life skills education, and safe learning spaces, the program equips girls with the knowledge and support they need to pursue their goals and reach their full potential.

How Learners Are Selected

The program is open to girls in participating basic schools. Activities are designed to support girls during critical stages of their educational journey and encourage continued participation, leadership, and personal growth.
