All staff, volunteers, consultants, and partners working with JustED Foundation are expected to:
Treat every child with dignity and respect
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
Avoid situations that place a child at risk
Report any safeguarding concern immediately
Comply with our safeguarding procedures and code of conduct
Expectations for Staff and Volunteers
Any concern regarding the safety, welfare, or suspected abuse of a child should be reported immediately. JustED Foundation takes all safeguarding concerns seriously and responds promptly, confidentially, and in accordance with our safeguarding procedures and applicable laws.

Recruitment and Training
Where appropriate, staff and volunteers working directly with children undergo screening and receive safeguarding orientation before participating in Foundation activities.
Photography and Media
JustED Foundation seeks appropriate consent before using photographs or videos of children for publications, reports, fundraising, or social media.
Policy Review
This Child Protection Policy is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective, reflects best safeguarding practices, and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
